To get the Mysterious Place achievement, the first thing you need to do is load into the game.Â
Once you are in the game, find the Tents behind the leaderboard.Â
On the right side of these tents, you will see a Ladder on a tree.

Climb up and go on the edges leading to the waterfall. Behind the waterfall, you will see a cave.Â

Go all the way inside and you will see an orange portal. Jump in that portal and you will be teleported to somewhere else.

Here you will see a bridge that collapses once you place your feet.
In this location, you can see the secret entrance on your right side.
