Apart from available weapons, some features need to be unlocked. One of them is Slayer’s Mark.
Slayer’s marks provide players HP and stats buff during fights. This feature can be obtained, unlocked, and activated when the player’s health is less than 30%.
This will boost players’ health and increase power. This feature is the best for defeating the bosses in the game.

Unlocking Slayer’s Mark In Slayer Online
There are a total of 5 Slayer’s Marks that can be unlocked in Slayer Online.
Each slayer mark has a different chance of unlocking. To unlock the Slayer’s Mark, you need to find and defeat the Nezoka Boss.
This boss spawns at the Butterfly Village. So, head to the Butterfly Village.

To find the Nezoka Boss, you need to head to the mountain and go to the top.
Once you are here, you will find the location where Nezoka Boss spawns.

If you are struggling to find the location, you need to go to the starter village and click on the Nozeka Boss banner behind the Spawner NPC.
If you reach Level 80+, it will show you the direction where this boss spawns.
Once you find the boss, defeat him and then you need to start a quest.
For that, go behind the square platform on the Nezoka Boss spawn location.
There, you will find an NPC called Old Man. Talk to him and he will give you some quests.

These quests are very hard to complete. When you complete it, there is a chance that you can obtain a Slayer’s Mark.
After completing the Old Man quest, there is a 40% chance of unlocking the Tomioka, a 26% of getting Shinazugawa, a 20% chance of getting Kanroji, a 12% chance of getting Tokito, and a 2% chance of getting Kamado.
Once you get or unlock one of these Slayer’s Marks, you can activate it by pressing “K” on your keyboard.
Notably, Slayer’s Marks are activated for 2 minutes and have a 10-minute cooldown.
