According to the reports and rumors on the Discord server, you can get Red Mist Spec by increasing your kill percentage to 100%. 

However, if you want to get Red Mist Spec in Sakura Stand, the first thing you need to do is interact with NPC Q3.

You can find this NPC on the eastern corner of the Forest, right at the beginning of the Grave POI.

Once you find him, talk to him and he will tell you your kill percentage. 

If you don’t have a 100% kill percentage, you have to increase it. 

To do so, you need to kill the hollows, adjuchas, or menos NPC enemies in the game.

You can find there NPCs at Hueco Mundo. So navigate to this location and start killing hollows. 

These NPCs and hollows will increase your kill percentage. 

After killing the Hollows, your kill percentage will increase by 1 to 2%, meno by 5%, and adjuchas by 7%.

So, keep fighting and defeating these NPCs until your Kill percentage reaches 100%. 

Once you have a 100-kill percentage, you need to go back and talk to Q3. 

He will tell you that a red portal will open in front of the Cafe. 

Now, head to the Cafe area and go inside the red portal to start the boss fight. 

This boss fight has 3 phases and surviving each phase will give you Stand or Spec at the end.
