Now, take a boat and go towards the left side of the Starter Island. 

After going in this direction, you will see a Toxic Zone name appear at the distance.

Toxic Zone is located far from the Starter Island and it will take some time to reach depending on how fast your boat is. 

Now, you know the location where Mouth Monster fish spawn. The next thing you need is a fishing rod. 

To catch the Mouth Monster, you need to use the fishing rod that has higher stats. 

So that you can choose the Toxic Rod or above. If you choose a fishing rod with lower stats then it is next to impossible to catch the Mouth Monster fish.
