This NPC is located at the Jungle Island. So, head to this island and you will find the Sukuna NPC on the small mountain behind the Cid Kagenou Boss spawn location. 

Once found, interact with him to obtain the Sukuna V2 fighting style. 

After interacting, the Sukuna NPC will ask you to provide Finger, Orb Soul,  Yuji Hair, Sukuna Finger, Sukuna Arm, Golden Egg, Head Sukuna, 100M Money, and 100K Gems. 

To learn the Sukuna V2 fighting style, you need to provide all these items. 

Here is how you can obtain these items in Moodeng Fruit. 

• Golden Egg: To get the Golden Egg, you need to go to the Tunnel Island. Once you are here, go inside the Tunnel to find the Okarun Boss.

Once found, defeat the Okarun boos. When you do so, he will drop the Golden Egg with a 5% drop rate. 

• Orb Soul and Yuji Hair: You can obtain the Orb Soul and Yuji Hair from the Yuji Boss.
