However, do not forget that this Tier List is based on our assumption and should be used as a reference. You can experiment and create your list of powerful characters according to your gameplay.
Horizon Walker Character Tier List (2025)
We ranked all Horizon Walker characters into five tiers – S, A, B, C, and D.
S-Tier
Everett – Queen is one of the best characters with high AoE damage. However quite dependent on her weapon.
Nika – Core in endgame teams has self-sustaining stealth and resilience.
Parmeni – Boosts, shielding, and offensive buffs. However, without weapons, she lacks effective buffs and shields effectiveness.
Nonoha– is a support and shield buff similar to Pamenni.
Elita – Highest DPS with powerful AoE, Shield, and healing. Performs well without any exclusive weapon.
Gillen – is a tank Durable with decent taunt and magic resistance, though the taunt range is quite short.
Keta – burn mage burn skills like Luiz with teleport at a higher cost.
A-Tier
Su Zhuxi is a red secretary but limited support values.
Pan Taili evasion tank – Low-cost taunt with a decent evasion and unlimited counterattacks.
Nimset – Is a tank and is best at AoE counter and emergency healing.
Mariam – Strong with stealth and anti-counter abilities. But weak without her weapons.
Ibena – Great synergy with Pameni, provides ranged support and fast attacks. However, without weapons, her damage decreases.
B-Tier
Headless Knight– Good countering abilities with anti-melee skills however lacks potential without exclusive weapons.
Matros – High mobility and single target damage. Best paired with Ibena for countering.
Guram – high evasion shield has good dodge skills but is low impact in strategies.
C-Tier
Min Ensu – is a tank and has moderate abilities quite dependent on exclusive weapons for effective shielding.
Lisandra – is a nun who is versatile but currently without any exclusive weapon, lacks healing strength.
Delia – is a queen mini version of Everett however has limited utility.
Ines – Best for single targets but lacks survival without exclusive weapons.
D-Tier
Bliss – is a healer costly but overshadowed by other healers.
Gopher – Burrow shield avoids counters, and delays opponents, but is low impact in strategies.
Luize – a DPS can inflict burns but lacks the strength of Nika.
Lasatina – buffer boosts ally stats good as a side support but inconsistent.
Pretina – is a tank with high health but lacks taunts and counters limiting effectiveness.
Kulani – earth mole functions similarly to gopher but lacks versatility.
Wangzai Walking Device – Good in the early game but overshadowed by more versatile supporters,
