To get Sunken Anchor in Grand Piece Online, you need to go fishing.
For that, you need to have a Fishing Rod and Bait.
To get a fishing rod in GPO, you need to buy it from the NPC called Fisherman.
If you want to get a Fishing Rod, then you have to go to one of these locations:
- Shells Town
- Desert Kingdom
- Logue Town
Once you are in one of these locations, go to the Deck Area. Here you will find the Fisherman.
Once you find the NPC, talk to him and buy a Fish Rod and Baits by spending Peli.
Since Sunken Anchor is a legendary weapon, you need to use the legendary bait.
You can either buy these baits by spending the Peli or craft them by talking to a Blacksmith near the deck.

To craft baits in GPO, you need to catch and spend different types of fish.
