If you have all the required things then you can obtain the Three Sword Style by completing the Sakura Stronghold quests. 

To find her, you need to go north from Dressrosa Island. There, you will find an island where you can talk to the 3SS trainer Sakura Stronghold.

When you interact with her, she will give you a quest to kill 30 players on the server. 

You can complete this quest by killing 30 players individually or invite your friends and kill them repeatedly until the quest is completed.

Once you complete the first quest, Sakura Stronghold will give you the second quest. 

To complete this quest you need to defeat the Mihawk. This is an easy boss that you can defeat easily.
