You need to explore the map and collect candies. The best way to collect candies in MM2 is by exploring different locations instead of waiting for the candies to spawn in a specific location. 

This might take some time as you need to collect lots of candies. 

If you don’t want to do this exhausting and time-consuming task, you just talk to Event NPC and buy candies by spending Robux. 

Once you successfully collect 98000 candies, go back to the Event NPC and claim the Vampire’s Axe.
