All you need to do is find the Funeral of the Dead Butterflies and keep talking to the NCP until he disappears.
Doing this will help you obtain 15,000 Enkephalin from the NPC. Notably, it is a requirement that must be met to get the Solemn Lament in the game.
Since you can’t obtain 15,000 Enkephalin at once, you keep doing this until you get the required Enkephalin.
Once you have got 15,000 Enkephalin in Heaven Stand, you need to head to the Heaven Store.
