The Fishman V2 Abyssal Karate is an updated version of the Fishman Abyssal Karate. 

To get the Fishman V2 Abyssal Karate in GPO, head to the Second Sea. 

Once you are here, go to Fisherman Island and then go to the Colosseum Island. 

Once you get there, head to Northeast in the Second Sea. 

In the middle of the sea, you will see Rock.

Once you see the rock go underwater where you can find the NPC named Miguel.

Interact with the NPC and you will get the Fishman V2 Abyssal Karate. 

To get the Fishman V2 Abyssal Karate, you need to give 10 Megladon Shark Teeth. 

To get the Megladon Shark Teeth in GPO, you need to defeat the Megladon Shark. 

To do so, you need Shark Blood Bottle. To get that, head to Desert Kindom and craft it from the NPC Blacksmith Sen.

Once you have the Shark Blood Bottle, place it into the Roughwater, and Megladon Shark will spawn.

Each Shark Blood Bottle has a 50% chance of spawning so make sure to have enough bottles. 

Once the Megladon Shark spawns, defeat it to get the Megladon Shark Teeth.
