Third Sea: To get this new fighting style, you must have the Third Sea unlocked. To get the Dragon Talon, there is no specific level is required but it is recommended to have at least Level 1975 and above.
Dragon Breath Mastery: The second requirement to get the Dragon Talon fighting style is Dragon Breath Mastery.
To get it, you must have 400 Mastery or above in the Dragon Breath fighting style.
Once you have got these things, you can start the process of getting the Dragon Talon fighting style in Blox Fruits.
To get Dragon Talon in Blox Fruits, the first thing you need is a Fire Essence.
In Blox Fruits, you can get the Fire Essence by rolling for random surprises from the Death King NPC.
This NPC is located at the Haunted Castle on the Haunted Island.
So, head to the Haunted Island and find the Death King NPC to start rolling for random surprises.
From this NPC, you can purchase up to 10 Random Surprises every 2 hours and each random surprise costs 50 Bones.
You can get these Bones by killing the NPC on the Haunted Island.
The chances of obtaining the Fire Essence from the Death King NPC are very low which means you need to purchase lots of random surprises.
However, once you get the Fire Essence, the next thing you need to do is find the Uzoth NPC.
This NPC is located on the left side of the big gear to the right of the pole on the Haunted Castle.
Once you find the Uzoth NPC, give him Fire Essence and $3,000,000 and 5,000 Fragments.
After that, Uzoth NPc will teach you a Dragon Talon fighting style.
