Fortunately, getting the Stone Of Priority in Devas of Creation is not that hard. 

The only way to obtain the Stone Of Priority is from the Forest Werewolf.

Forest Werewolf is a level 26 enemy that can be found in the Elder Woods area.

When you open the map, you will see the location marked with Elder Woods. This location is far from the base camp which means it will take you a while to reach. 

If you have a Mount then you can reach the location faster compared to running by yourself.

Once you reach the location, you will find the Forest Werewolf roaming around the map. 

This is a giant wolf and not very hard to spot. Once you find the Forest Werewolf, you will get the Stone Of Priority upon killing. 

The chances of getting the Stone Of Priority from the Forest Werewolf is 30% which means you will not get it every time you kill the Werewolf.

Once you kill the Forest Werewolf, go closer to it and press G to collect the drop items. 

Along with the Stone Of Priority, you will get the following items from the Forest Werewolf: 

• Essence Token (100%)
• Animal Skin (50%)
• Leather (50%)
• Faction Token (50%)
