There are numerous items added to the Halloween event that players can purchase by spending the Halloween tickets.
Unfortunately, some items can’t be obtained with the Halloween tickets. To get those items, players need to complete certain quests and for that, they need to collect items and potions.
One of those Halloween Quests requires you to find and submit a Deciphering Book to Sabrina.
Unlike other items, finding the Deciphering Book in Bloxburg is a little bit tricky. For the unversed, the Deciphering Book is located on the city map of Bloxburg.

Bloxburg Deciphering Book Location
To find a Deciphering Book in Bloxburg, players need to start the quest first.
To do so, click on the Halloween Event icon from the left side of your screen. When you do so, it will open a Halloween Event window.
From this window, select “Go To Event Plot”.

When you do so, you will be teleported to the Halloween Event in Bloxburg. Once you get into that area, look for the Popcorn and Cotton Candy stall.
There, you need to talk to the NPC called Sabrina. When you do so, she will start the quest and ask you to find and submit a Deciphering Book.
Once the quest is started, go back to the City area on the Bloxbirg game.
Inside the city, spawn your car and head to City Hall.

There is a huge building located on the left side of the map. After finding the City Hall, go inside.
Inside the hall, you will see the Bookshelf on both sides. To find the book, go to the left side of the bookshelf area.
There, you will find the Deciphering Book on any one of these bookshelf.

Once found, collect it and go back to Sabrina in the Halloween Event.
Now, submit the Deciphering Book. After giving the book to Sabrina, the quest will be completed.
