To collect all the Shines and earn badges in Roblox Fishing Simulator, follow these steps:

• First, you need to talk to the NPC named Mayor Eliza.

• Once you interact with her, she will give you some quests that you need to complete to get the badges.
• For the First Quest, you need to compete in a fishing competition and win 1st.

• For the Second Quest, you need to Buy a spear from the supply shop and hunt for 20 trout tails.

• For the Third Quest, you need to participate in the Race.

• Note that it requires at least  2 people.
• Once done, return and talk to Mayor Eliza.

To Find All Five Shines:

To find all Five Shines, follow these steps:

1st Shine:

• To find the First Shine, go to the Port Jackson Entrance where you spawn.

• Go ahead and you will find the First Shine there.

2nd Shine:

• To find the Second Shine, go inside the Supplies Shop.

• Go all the way up, and you will find the Second Shine there.

Third Shine:

• For the Third Shine, you need to go to the Eruption Island.

• Remember, you need to be at least Level 10 to be able to reach this location.
• Talk to the Properson NPC so you can fly to another island.

• Once you get there, go inside of the island until you find the mountain.

• Once you find the mountain, climb over it to find the Third Shine.

Fourth and Fifth Shine:

• For the last Two Shines, you need to go to the both islands located at the Monsters Borough.

• Get the boat to reach the Destination.

• Once you reach the First Island in Monsters Borough, you will find the Shine there.

• Now reach the Second Island at Monster Borough.

• Remember, you may find some sea creatures on your way so be cautious.

• Once you reach there, you will find the Last Shine near the Palm Tree.
